Fujiyama Brand tools now feature a 3 year warranty.

Actually, Fujiyama brand tools have always had a 3 year warranty. Most knew it. However, after we received 2 calls asking us if our Fujiyama tools had a warranty, we decided to now start advertising the fact. In addition to being the highest quality tool available, at the most reasonable price, this is just one more reason to chose a Fujiyama brand tool.

September Advice

This month is one of the best months for you and your Bonsai. The weather is cooler and that affords you and your Bonsai a better environment to enjoy each other.

We are losing day length and with that some of the higher temperatures of Summer. That should prompt us to think about what we need to be doing this time of the year. Let’s be good Girlscouts/Boyscouts and be preparing for the change of the seasons …

That means that we need to be thinking about:
  1. Cutting down on the nitrogen part of the fertilizers we are using on our Bonsai. Our 0-10-10 liquid fertilizer fits the bill just perfectly for this. The benefits of this particular fertilizer formula is that it does promote winter hardiness, promotes root growth and stimulates budding and blooming with brighter colors in the flowers and foliage. If you have ever experienced freeze damage or leaf burn on your Bonsai, you know that this type of formula is what you need.
  2. Get ready with all the equipment that you’ll need when you bring your Bonsai back in this fall… meaning trays to set your Bonsai on, possibly using gro-lights and some insecticides to ward off insect infestation. We don’t carry insecticides, because they are so universally available at your local big box stores and nurseries, but we do have a bunch of trays that should fit all your needs. Go to the following pages to see the trays ... http://www.dallasbonsai.com/store/plastic_humidity_tray.html….

  3. Oil Polish to clean up all those dirty pots you’ve got around the house. As you will be looking at your Bonsai more carefully now that they are in the house or cool room, you are sure to notice all the salt buildup that has occurred over the season. With this product you will be able to get these unsightly spots to virtually vanish. This Oil Polish is one of those essentials you need to have in your Bonsai Tool Box.
