About our Automated Attendant (He Sho): Our automated attendant just keeps going and going. Our He Sho is a stand-alone computer with very sophisticated software that attends to your needs while we're away. When we're at our store we'll answer, but maybe those times are not convenient for you. The phones are automatically answered 24 hours a day, so please give us a call anytime with your order. We haven't lost a call yet, so feel comfortable in giving us your information. The first thing we do upon coming into our warehouse is to download all our calls. Most of the time your order will go out the next business day.

Warehouse Location: We are located at the Southeast corner of Plano Road & Walnut Street in Garland, Texas.To access us from the LBJ Freeway (I-635): Exit 14 (which is about 2 o'clock from downtown Dallas) and go North (away from downtown Dallas). Go approximately 1 mile and you will cross Forest Lane ((there is a McDonald's on the West side (on your left) as an identifying landmark)). This will alert you that our street (Walnut Street) is the next major intersection. Plano Road is a 6 lane thoroughfare. Get over in the right hand lane as you will turn right into our strip shopping center area. As you approach Walnut Street you will see a shopping center store directory sign ... BONSA I... about 30 feet in the air. Turn in and go to the far end of the strip center. Above our store is a sign ... BONSAI ... in 6 foot letters.

Our Store Hours: 1 to 4 Monday through Friday for Local Walk-in Customers. Phones personally answered from 1 to 5 Monday through Friday.  You must know what you want before visiting us in order for you not to be disappointed.  You can't come in and just look.  We have more than 1,900 products.  None of our products are priced or identified for you.  Our business is mail order so nothing needs to be priced or detailed for local pick up.  Our prices are not the same as you would find in a regular shopping center store.  The products are priced for high volume business and not retail with an attendant following you around answering all your questions.  You need to check out the products on our website ... dallasbonsai.com, make a list of what you want and come in with that list so that we can fill the order for you. 

Please call ahead at (972) 487-0130 to be sure we will be available.  There are times during the busy holidays when we do not allow visitors.   All of our supplies are warehoused here, pots, potting medium, tool, etc. As our business is more than 90% Mail Order, it is not necessary for us to maintain a special display area for our local Bonsai market. The products are in boxes or stacked on shelves with absolutely no identification for customers.  Our Bonsai are kept at another nursery that is not open to the public. If you have some specific requests for specific Bonsai plants, please call us in advance and we will be very happy to bring them to our Warehouse for you to view.
