Close-up of this Container.
Outstanding Finish on this Japanese Bonsai Container from the Tokoname area of Japan. Unbelievable detail. It looks like a high quality blown glass piece of artwork. The glaze runs and still it's not a rough texture on the surface. Actually it's as shiny as glass. We've been around Japanese ceramic containers all our life and this one keeps us shaking our heads in disbelief at its beauty and detail. 9 3/4" x 6 3/4" x 2 1/2". Dark brown and goldish. |
