It may sound strange ... but I do think we need to say this someplace here in all this stuff.

1.  Via Internet ... which means our website that you are on now. Which is    dallasbonsai.com

2.  Via E-Mail ... which a number of customers utilize.  The address is fredmeyer@dallasbonsai.com

3.  Via Fax ... which is (972) 487 - 6978.  The fax machine is sitting over my head so there is no excuse for me not noticing it as it spits out all the faxes every day.

4.  Via telephone ... which is 1 - (800) 982 -1223 via our toll free number or locally (972) 487 - 0130. For those old enough to remember ... this was the way we used to do it ... and are still happy to assist you with the order or any questions you may have.

5.  Via mail...to our warehouse address ... 4460 West Walnut Street, Suite 218, Garland, Texas 75042.  When we receive personal checks we will hold the order until the check is cleared. 

This will be about 2 weeks from our receipt of the order. We must do this because some people have ordered items from us on closed bank accounts, etc., and have not really been very nice about the money part of our transaction.  It spoils the game for all of us as we must protect our interest.

If a credit card, money order or Cashier's Check is sent the order will be filled immediately and sent out.
