2" Arbor glazed (CA16)

A colorful and vibrant 2" Arbor that has received glazing. Handmade.

These arbors are hand made from a special clay in China and have been for over 1,000 years. These old Chinese figurines are treasured for the art of Penjing, small tray landscapes that often feature bonsai trees.

We imported thousands of these years ago, of all variety. We no longer import these figurines as these higher quality examples with the provenance are few and far between. When these are gone, they are gone forever.
